Workout of the day is…. 15.1

This is a 15 minute killer with a variety of challenges.  The 1st 9 minutes is an Amrap.  The remaining time is allotted for a max lift.  Your conditioning will be tested in the AMRAP making it difficult to move heavy load.  Do not sacrifice form for a good score.  Move well before you move heavy/fast.

15 Toes to bar

10 Deadlift 115/75

5 Snatch 115/75

you have the remaining 6 minutes to achieve a max Clean and Jerk.  You must use the same bar.
