Note: Open Gym is 11-1 tomorrow because
of our nutritional seminar at 10A.M.
There will be no access
to the floor at 10 A.M.

Yes we will be outside!

This is the best thing you can do after Today’s
Open 16.2.

We’ll start with some dynamics

Part 1.
Every 2 minutes for 10 minutes
10 pushups 100 meter sprint 10 squats

Part 2.
Lactate Threshold run 1 mile
(easy 400 meters, Fast 800 meters, easy 400
meters.
