5 overhead squats.  moderate weight.  work on form and positioning.

Working with a partner
partician the way you like.  each partner must do
at least 1/3 the reps of each movement

25 Ground to overhead 115/75
50 Toes to rings scale knees to chest
75 KBS 53/35
100 burpees
125 double unders
