5 reps. Set 1 @ 65%. Set 5 @ 75-80%. Small
increments.
2 additional rounds at :90 5 push press at
same weight as last strict press set

Bar complex @65% of 1 Power clean 1rm
6 minutes to complete 3 sets
3 power cleans
2 hang cleans
5 deadlifts
*take all 6 minutes

1-2-3-4-5-6-5-4-3-2-1 (each leg on pistol)
Ring muscle up
pistol – modify to the box
Handstand pushups – modify to pike pushups
*move efficiently. execute with exceptional
form.
