Fun Partner WOD
3 rounds for time
20 Wall ball over rig (10 each) *toss ball over rig to partner.
30 Wall ball situps. touch behind your head, toss to your partner (15 each)
40 bearhug squats (total)
300 meter wall ball overhead run. Partners run together and switch off as needed.
