Today’s best PR award goes to Kristen Jolly for her first pull-up! She has been working hard for 2 1/2 years and today it happened. *Never Give up!!!

WOD for tomorrow is the perfect compliment to the past two days of heavy, fast movement. We will also be working on some great recovery/mobility work. Come in and get better!
