Don’t skip out on endurance. It’s fun for everyone. Find a buddy and bring them!
Med ball partner 1 mile run. Switch off as
needed. Mile times over 9 minutes scale to
800 meters. or Row
*10 burpees if the ball touches the ground
3 rounds. 1 minute each
1. 80 meter Sled push *45/25
2. 200 meter run *scale distance if needed
3. 20 KBS scale reps if needed *russian
4. 20 Situps
5. Rest
10 minute AMRAP
6 (+ 2 reps each round) Wall balls
20 Doubles
