Financial - Money is tight right now.Out of shape - I don't know if I'm ready to start a nutrition program.I have bad habbits - I'm not a big fan of eating healthy.I don't want my "before and after" to be seen by everyone.Location - It might be too far away.Busy schedule - I need to see if the class times will fit my busy schedule.

4. The challenge is Results driven

We will be awarding prizes to the top Male and Female of the challenge. There will be 2 scoring systems: Workout improvement and Body fat % change. The most change in both categories will be our overall winners.
