After your consult, you have the option of enrolling in one of our On-Boarding programs.
Personal Training On-Ramp
Our personal Training On-Ramp is great a great deal for people getting into crossfit. This program includes 5 One-on-One Personal Training sessions and the first month of classes. PT On-Ramp gives you the opportunity to experience crossfit at your current fitness level with a skilled trainer.
The cost is $160. Thats 40% off our Personal Training rates plus a Free month of crossfit. This deal is for first time customers only!
Option 2. Foundations Program
- Foundations is our 1 month beginners’ CrossFit program. No experience required. Classes begin on the first Monday of every month and held Monday, Tuesday, Friday at 7PM, and bonus classes Saturday at 9AM – CrossFit Endurance. You can try the first class free to see if it is something you want to invest in.
- The purpose is to teach you the fundamentals of our CrossFit program, so you will be ready for our regular program.
- Cost is ONLY $65. That comes out to $5 per class coming 3x per week!
Requirements before signing up!
- Commit to coming at least 2x per week and do not give up!
- Leave your ego at the door. Focus on your goals. This is a humbling experience for everyone.
- Bring a positive attitude
- Be coachable. Listen to your coaches and modify the movements as they recommend. They are here to help you get better and keep you safe.
- Have fun with it.
- Encourage other people around you. Get to know them. The group environment is what makes it fun and energetic experience.
