We are finally at the end of our brutal strength cycle and it is time to reap the rewards of our efforts. Â We will begin with the CrossFit total tomorrow. Â The Met Cons will be lighter this week to accommodate the demands of these big lifts. Â Wednesday we are going after the clean & jerk and we’ll finish up with a front squat max on Friday. Â Also included in this week will be a 1 mile run for time, pushup test and a pull-up test.
As we attack our goals it is important to keep perspective on what is most important – our health. Â Above all else, we do this to maximize our health and fitness to improve the quality of our lives. Â Listen to your coaches, move well and give it your best. Â We look forward to seeing all the tremendous progress. Â Hydrate and eat well today, because come tomorrow you are going to need the fuel.
