MURPH – MEMORIAL DAY EVENT

Join us this Memorial Day, May 28th for our annual Murph challenge. This event is dear to our hearts in the fitness community. We will be doing a workout in honor of our fallen soldiers. This one, in particular, is named ‘Murph’ in memory of Navy Lieutenant Michael Murphy, 29, of Patchogue, N.Y., who was killed in Afghanistan June 28th, 2005. This is a fun community event put together to pay tribute to our heroes who sacrifice their lives for our freedom. Stick around after the workout for bbq and games!
