Get Started Safely
If you are new to CrossFit, we will begin with an on-boarding process that includes 5 One-on-One sessions at no additional cost. This is the best way to begin and set you up for great success. We'll asses your goals and safely get you ready for classes. Once you have completed the 5 sessions, you may begin joining classes. The first of the five sessions is complementary!
