Our group classes consist a strength and conditioning program designed for anyone to achieve their fitness goals.  Workouts are a dime a dozen but a program that constantly delivers unique challenges and room for growth is special. We have the best and most educated trainers to coach you through the workout consisting of warm-up, skill, strength and conditioning exercises, in a motivating, controlled, and safe environment. You want a challenging and rewarding fitness experience with the inclusive and supportive environment of working out alongside other women. This Program is for women of all ages and abilities.   It is great for empowerment, building a better body, increasing endurance, and having fun while doing all of the above. 

Personal Training

We offer detailed personal training specific to your goals. We work 1-on-1, in private sessions, with people to help them improve their lifestyle, body, and longterm goals.  Do you have a demanding job, need help with accountability, or have specific goals you haven't been able to attain?  We can help you with that.

Kid's Strength & Performance

Kids Met Con is a strength and conditioning class for youth ages 8-13.  It was designed with the intent of providing home school children a chance to access much needed physical training. It is a mix of educational fitness training and fun activities to get young kids engaged in their fitness, as well as a place and time to burn off energy and interact with their friends.
