PECF's new youth strength and performance program

Introducing our Kids Strength and Performance Class!

This class is designed to help kids ages 8-13 become stronger, fitter, and more confident individuals. Athletes will go through a variety of training methods and activities that will challenge them both physically and mentally.

We are not only looking to develop better coordination, strength, and endurance, but also, important life skills such as teamwork, discipline, and perseverance.

Our classes are fun, engaging, and tailored to suit all fitness levels. Whether your kid is a beginner or an experienced athlete, they will benefit from our program and leave feeling empowered and motivated.
