06062016 Max out week!


This week we will be re-testing our 1 rep maxes on the back squat, clean (full or power), strict press and the bench press. It is exciting to see hard work pay off! We are looking forward to seeing a lot of personal growth and new PRs.

Back Squat 1RM *as much time as needed
Strength takes priority
