WOD 1. 2 minute AMRAP of doubles while
partner does max wall balls.
rest 1 minute then switch

WOD 2.
8 minutes to establish max Cluster

WOD 3.
banded run 1 mile

Optional post WOD strength if there is time

*you’ll get about 5min between WODs

Bench Press 4 X 5 @ 70-75%
