This is a 15 minute killer with a variety of challenges. The 1st 9 minutes is an Amrap. The remaining time is allotted for a max lift. Your conditioning will be tested in the AMRAP making it difficult to move heavy load. Do not sacrifice form for a good score. Move well before you move heavy/fast.
