This is the best workout after 16.4. Come in and get it done. You’ll be glad you did.

3/19/2016 CrossFit Endurance

EMOM 10 minutes
min 1.  10 pushups with 2 DB rows
min 2.  10 burpees

EMOM 10 minutes
min 1.  25 doubles or :30 AMRAP or 50 singes
min 2.  20 Quick Steps
400 meter repeats x 6 with 1 minute rest
your target is to pace at your desired mile time.
and to maintain pace every time.

example: If you want a 6 min mile, pace at 1:30

Finisher… 2 minute AMRAP situps
