3/22/2016 Back Squats 25 minutes to a 3 rep max

Every 3 minutes for 12 minutes
10 bent over row (heavy as your form will allow)
20 pushups and
6 Bulgarian split squats. hold DBs in front rack

mobility for the remaining time
