It begins with an 800 meter Medball Indian Run
WOD – station intervals
Intervals 1 minute ON :30 OFF x 9
station 1 – Jump rope (doubles if you can)
station 2 – Tire Flip + jump over
station 3 – 40 meter sprint x 3
rest 2 minutes
1 mile run for time!
