Crossfit total is the ultimate test of strength. It is the sum of the three ultimate barbell strength exercises, back squat, strict press and deadlift. The exercises will be performed in that order.

This workout is different for everyone. If you are fairly new, this day is about getting more familiar with these movements with relatively heavy weight and not for absolute maximum effort. For all of us, it is a must that we move with exceptional form.
