If you want to improve on your muscle up progressions and get a great recovery WOD – then you better get in here tomorrow.  Recovery is how you heal from the stress of training and progress.  As for the muscle-ups, it doesn’t matter if you are close to getting a muscle-up, can’t do them at all or are an expert – You’ll get better tomorrow.

We’ll cover the false grip – body positioning – the dynamics of the movement and show you how the progressions.


Short dynamic warm-up
20 minute: Muscle up progressions
body positioning, core control
10 minute Amrap 200 meter row 15 pushups
