person carries and switches off as needed for
the duration of the run. 10 minute cap.
If you think you and your partner may not make
the cap, run 400s.

40 situps comp: GHD
400 meter run
30 hollow rocks Comp: toes to bar
800 meter run
20 ring rows comp: pullups
1600 meter run
10 Pushups comp: HSPU
