Warmup with Prowler.  Down and back to the
curb with a partner.  Partner pushes down
while the other runs along side.  Partner pushing
the sled does 10 air squats at the end of 50 meters.
each partner does 100 meters total.

Every 3 minutes
5 x 1 Clean (power or full) 80-85-90-95-95

Met con
8 minutes get as far as you can
2 Full Clean at 55% 2 Pullups.  comp C2B
