Partner workout. Can be modified to individual.

4 rounds *2 rounds each.
3 Rope Climbs Rx and 2 for scale
7 Deadlift Competition Rx 315/225 Sc 225/155
*Scale 2: 185/115.
5 Bar muscle ups/ Sc 10 bar facing burpees

*As an individual: complete 1 round then rest
the same amount of time before the second round
* there are more ways to scale this workout, so everyone is going to get a great workout!
