Here is the ultimate strength day in Crossfit and shear strength test. Â The total consist of 3 fundamental barbell movements that lay the foundation to much of our programming. We will be maxing or near maxing on the back squat, strict press and deadlift. Â For newer members this Will be a great day to find new PRs. Â Â It is a fun day!
Be ready to do your best and to cheer on the people next to you.
