It’s been a fun week at PECF. We are super proud if everyone’s effort. The improvements we’ve seen from our new members and veterans alike have been really impressive. Keep up the great work!

Hero WOD Monday at 9 AM. Open gym follows until 11AM. Workout is still undecided. Any requests??

Best way to start the weekend!

A.
200 meter run X 8 rest 1 minute between runs

B.
Partner 1600 meter row for time.
Rowing in 200 meter intervals. Partner must hold plank while partner rows. Must switch every 200.

C.
Tabata alternate between burpee and double unders
