Strength: Strict press every :90 for 5 rounds
3 reps. Set 1 @ 70%. set 2 75%
set 3 80% set 4 80% Set 5 @ 80-85%. Small
increments.
2 additional rounds every :90 3 push press at
same weight as last strict press set

20 minute Interval AMRAP
for 2 minutes, do as many reps as possible,
then rest 2 minutes. Pick up where you left off.

10 walking front rack walking lunges with
2 front Squats after every 2 lunges Rx 95/65
