15 Front Squats 95/65 Sc 75/45 comp 115/75 *pick challenging weight that you can perform unbroken! 100 meter run

5 Muscle-ups *scale reps if needed to 3 *scale movement with muscle-up progression

buyout with3 minute AMRAP of doubles score is time and doubles reps

The intended target of this workout is to move through unbroken with great form.
